You may not create multiple accounts, share your account credentials with others, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription Plan. TekkieBooks offers an annual subscription plan at the price displayed on the subscribe page (currently $24.99/year). The subscription grants you access to download all eBooks in our library for the duration of your active subscription period.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
Automatic Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at renewal.
Price Changes. We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes via email or on the website.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription link on your account page. Upon cancellation:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days, contact us at info@tekkiebooks.com to request a full refund. Refunds after the 14-day window are issued at our sole discretion.
Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Access. Active subscribers may download eBooks in PDF format from the TekkieBooks library. Downloads are delivered via time-limited secure links generated for your account.
Library Changes. We may add new eBooks to the library at any time. We reserve the right to remove or update eBooks in the library. We do not guarantee that any specific title will remain available indefinitely.
Personal Use. Downloaded eBooks are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may store copies on your personal devices for offline reading.
All eBooks, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content available through the Service are owned by TekkieBooks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the eBooks for personal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekkieBooks and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TekkieBooks in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TekkieBooks and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

In cases of termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
